What conditions need to be met for a customer to get a refund?

Once the client has received the Diamond, it will undergo quality control by a certified gemmologist of their choice. After that gemmologist has verified the stone details, payment will be completed. The client then has 90 days to sell the stone to their customer. If they do not sell the stone, they may return it to us for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

How long does a customer have to request a refund after buying something?
